Eric Donner is the founder of GenZ Project and on the Board of Directors of NEXT GENERATIONS. Eric is originally from New York and moved to New Jersey where he lived for 20 years before relocating with his wife Robin to South Florida. Eric is an owner of a financial advisory business owner in Boca Raton and works closely with AIPAC and other Jewish/Israel related charities. Having started GenZ Project in 2011 in Boca Raton, FL, Eric plays an active role in developing and executing strategies for GenZ Project. Eric Donner has been involved in Jewish youth programming for many years; beginning as a camper and then camp counselor at the New Jersey YMHA Camps. Eric started a Youth Group (Tribes of Israel) at his synagogue in Warren, New Jersey and has been involved with many charities over the years. Eric has a deep affinity for Holocaust Survivors and works tirelessly to bring Holocaust Survivors together with Generation Z before they are gone.
Nancy Dershaw, a native of Philadelphia, holds a bachelor’s degree in art history from Temple University and a master’s degree in Holocaust and Genocide studies from West Chester University. Her eclectic educational background is also reflected in her business and professional endeavors. Nancy has been intensely involved in Holocaust related issues and organizations for the past 25 years. She has been both a founder and participant in numerous children of Holocaust organizations. In 2000 she co-founded CJHSA, an organization of children of Jewish Holocaust survivors in Philadelphia. In 2002, Nancy moved to South Florida and once again began the creation of an organization of children of Holocaust survivors. Today, NEXT GENERATIONS, with Nancy as its president, serves as a voice for those who can no longer speak. Nancy lives in Boca Raton with her husband Barry. Both her parents were Holocaust survivors.
